In May each year since 2007, Aarhus University has held its so-called MatchPoints Seminar, an academic conference/seminar with an “outward-looking” profile.
Stimulating dialogue
The aim of the MatchPoints seminars is to foster dialogue between Aarhus University and the general public on issues of broad social relevance. This is why the seminars are open to the public. A feature of MatchPoints Seminars is that the speakers are among the most eminent national and international names in the field that the particular seminar focuses on.
MatchPoints 2019
In 2019 we are focusing particularly on dialogue with practitioners, as the Crown Prince Frederik Center for Public Leadership is responsible for the content of the event.
The English-language workshops will take place on the Friday; there will also be interpreters for the plenary joint sessions while the evening programme in the Concert Hall will be in English. On Saturday there will also be leadership development tracks in English, while Thursday’s programme, including the evening activities, will be in Danish.
The Coordinator of MatchPoints 2019 is Professor Lotte Bøgh Andersen.
