Tonight's topic:
Challenging good leadership

This evening will start with an informal reception held at Musikhuset Aarhus. Afterwards there will be a panel debate, where prominent international researchers and Danish CEOs will discuss the conditions for good leadership. Next, the famous specialist in manipulation, Jan Hellesøe will be sure to challenge you with an entertaining feature on psychological manipulation, optic illusions and thought experiments. Finally, there will be an optional dinner at restaurant ‘johan r’ in Musikhuset Aarhus to end the evening program with the possibility to network with the other participants.

Is it possible to create the right conditions for good leadership in all organizations?

During the panel debate with an overall focus on the headline ”Creating the right Conditions for Good Leadership” two prominent international professors will each give their perspectives on the matter before engaging in an open discussion with Danish practitioners representing the private as well as the public sector.

The participants in the panel debate are:

Arnold Bakker, Professor of Work and Organizational Psychology

Donald Moynihan, Professor of Public Administration and Public Policy

Peter Stensgaard Mørch, CEO Copenhagen Municipality

Alfred Josefsen, Former CEO Irma and member of the  Danish Leadership and Management Commission
Journalist Jacob Rosenkrands will moderate the debate
